1.ORDER

Once the purchase process has been successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation email with the order number. Please review and save it.

2. IMPORTS

The amount of each product is indicated in Euros and includes VAT. Additional applicable costs are nationwide shipping costs.

Shipping costs:

€4.74 shipping nationally approximately. (Shipping will be free for purchases over €20)

3. PAYMENT METHODS
  • Credit card
  • Paypal.
  • Bank transfer: Ordered products will be reserved for 3 working days.

In the confirmation email that you will receive after placing the order, you will find the information and details to make the payment.

4. SHIPPING POLICY

Orders will be shipped after receiving and verifying payment.

To track your order, our CTT carrier will send you an email informing you of the status and the link where you can do so.

Mães Ligadas, is not responsible for the time it takes for the order to arrive due to incorrect addresses that you have provided. Please check that your delivery address is correct when confirming your order. If the error is not on the part of our ecommerce, the customer must pay additional shipping costs for a new delivery.

The delivery time of orders varies depending on the location to which it must be sent:

  • Lisbon 5-8 business days

In the case of stock out, we will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the incident as soon as possible.

5. RETURNS

If upon receiving your order you are not satisfied, you can exercise your right of return within a period of 15 business days from the date you received the order, and with the original packaging of the product, otherwise it will not be possible to carry out. return. If you want to return the purchase of a product, you must contact us by sending an email hola@rollout-studios.com (Essential requirement to process the return). Mães Ligadas is not responsible for the return costs.

Once the period of fifteen (15) business days has ended, Maes Ligadas will not accept product returns.

The return will not be effective when the products to be returned are not in perfect condition or have not been used.

In the event that a return is possible, the cost of the purchase will be refunded in the same payment method by which you made the purchase. The credit will be made as soon as the product to be returned has been received and it is confirmed that it meets the aforementioned requirements. Mães Ligadas, is not responsible for the return fees that apply when returning the products.

On the other hand, it will not refund shipping costs applied.

6. CHANGES

If upon receiving your order you are not satisfied with the size or model purchased, you can exercise your right to exchange within 15 business days from the date you received the order and with the original packaging of the product, otherwise the change can be carried out. If you want to change a product, you must contact us by sending an email to hola@rollout-studios.com  (Essential requirement to process the change). Mães Ligadas, is not responsible for the costs of making the change, nor for the shipping costs of the new size or new model, that is, the 2nd shipment.

Once the period of fifteen (15) business days has ended, Maes Ligadas will not accept changes to the products.

The exchange of a product will not be effective if it is not in perfect condition or has not been used.

7. WARRANTY

Mães Ligadas, offers a 2-year warranty that begins from the time of delivery of the product to the customer. The fact of opening a claim does not imply that the product is automatically covered by the warranty.

The invoice is the guarantee, please keep it and keep it up in good condition, without it your claim cannot be processed. This warranty covers manufacturing and material defects that may appear when the products have been used following the instructions for use. The warranty does not cover damage to the product as a result of misuse or lack of care.

The manufacturer will make the decision whether the product is covered by the warranty or not. To do this, it may be necessary for the product to be sent to Mães Ligadas. If it is considered not to be covered by warranty, you will receive an email explaining the reason.

In the event that the product is covered by the warranty, its replacement DOES NOT start a new warranty period of 2 years.

The claim for receiving an incorrect order must be made within a maximum period of 48 hours from receipt of the product. After this time, returns will NOT be accepted.

  1. PRICE

We try to ensure the accuracy of all data and prices on Mães Ligadas. If there is an error in the price, we will contact you to confirm your choice or cancel the order. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, we will understand that you prefer to cancel it.
