1. How long does it take for the product to arrive at my home?

Once the shipment of the product is confirmed, the arrival time at your home will be between 5 to 8 business days.

2. How long are the products guaranteed?

It will be 2 years from the time of delivery of the product. The invoice is the guarantee, please save and keep in good condition. The warranty does not cover damage to the product as a result of misuse or lack of care. In the event that the product is covered by the warranty, its replacement does not start a new warranty period of 2 years.

3. What should I do if I made a wrong purchase?

In order to cancel an order it is necessary to send an email to hola@rollout-studios.com, without this email the cancellation will not be processed.

For this we have two options:

If your order has not left the warehouse: Once the email is received and your order is being prepared, it will be automatically canceled and the full amount will be refunded using the same payment method (including shipping costs).

If your order has left the warehouse: Once the email is received and your order is in transit, we will not be able to cancel the delivery, therefore it will arrive at the address provided. Once you have the order, you must send it back to our address. When it arrives, we will verify that it is in good condition and we will pay you the amount of the products (without shipping costs, which will be borne by the buyer).

4. What should I do if my product has not arrived within the established time?

If your product has not arrived within the estimated time, please contact us via email hola@rollout-studios.com

5. What is the process to follow to make a return?

You must contact us by email at hola@rollout-studios.com, (Essential requirement to process the return). Maes Ligadas is not responsible for return costs, the shipping costs applied will not be refunded.

Once the period of fifteen (15) business days has ended, Mães Ligadas will not accept product returns.

The return will not be effective when the products to be returned are not in perfect condition or have not been used.

In the event that a return is possible, the cost of the purchase will be refunded in the same payment method by which you made the purchase. The credit will be made as soon as the product to be returned has been received and it is confirmed that it meets the aforementioned requirements. Mães Ligadas is not responsible for the return fees that apply when returning the products.

On the other hand, shipping costs applied will not be refunded.
